Hi, my name is Scott. I am a semi-active chess player, competing in local and national events throughout the year. I am a retired Engineer living near Altona. I am also a member of the Hobsons Bay chess club that caters really well for coaching juniors.

I am offering my FREE services for adults who know nothing about chess, are beginners or those wanting to improve to intermediate level. I am available by appointment for when the Altona lbrary is open during weekdays.

My FREE lessons go for an hour, usually held at the Altona Library (123 Queen St Altona). The library is open from 930am to 8pm on Wednesdays or from 930am to 6pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
